ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges .

For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the order date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Lakecrestcosmeticsurgery@gmail.com to start the return process. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.

Returns Shipping.

Return of items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will be covered by Lakecrest Aesthetics. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

Eligible Items.

The following items are not eligible for return/ exchange: Clearance items, Final Sale items, any item purchased 30 or more days prior to claim, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/ exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
